Efficient storage, transport and organisation of cables

Create the perfect storage and transport solution for your cables

The Admiral Cable cart is part of our modular transport concept and is developed for organised storage and safe transport of professional cable sets. The system provides a structured and configurable solution for hanging and separating cables inside a stable frame construction.

The frame is built using slim-line panels in heights of 110 cm, 183 cm or 203 cm, combined with interchangeable length profiles in 80 cm, 160 cm or 210 cm. This modular construction allows the cart width and internal capacity to be adapted to different cable volumes and transport requirements.

Cable forks are mounted onto dedicated support profiles inside the frame, creating stable and clearly arranged hanging positions. The rigid steel construction ensures durability and controlled handling during transport and on-site use.

Modular frame construction

The Cable cart is built from slim-line panels and interchangeable length profiles, forming a stable and configurable transport solution.

Panels are available in heights of 110 cm, 183 cm and 203 cm. The 183 cm height offers an optimal balance between storage capacity and transport efficiency. It allows easy movement through standard doorways and convenient loading into vans.

Length profiles are available in 80 cm, 160 cm and 210 cm options. This allows the internal capacity to be matched to the required cable volume.

The rigid steel construction ensures durability in demanding professional environments.

Integrated centre bracket

Each slim-line panel is equipped with an integrated centre bracket as standard. This bracket provides a fixed mounting point for the internal cable support profiles.

The support profiles are mounted centrally within the frame, creating a stable hanging structure. The centre position helps distribute the cable load evenly across the cart. This improves stability during transport and reduces movement inside the frame.

The integrated design ensures consistent positioning without additional structural modifications. It also simplifies installation and assembly. By using the centre bracket, the internal layout remains organised and predictable. This contributes to safe handling and efficient cable management.

Flexible cable hanging configuration

Cable support profiles are available in 80 cm, 160 cm and 210 cm lengths. The selected support profile length must correspond to the chosen length profiles of the cart. Each support profile is supplied with a complete fork set for secure installation.

Cable forks are mounted onto the support profiles to create the primary hanging points inside the cart. Each fork provides 55 cm of hanging length and allows cable placement on both sides. The forks are manufactured from powder coated steel and are designed for daily professional use. Each fork supports a maximum load of 50 kg, with 25 kg allowed per side. Additional forks can be added depending on cable quantity and type. This allows the internal layout to be adjusted over time as cable requirements change.

Optimised storage and additional functionality

Length profiles of 160 cm and 210 cm are equipped with an integrated internal ledge along the inside of the profile. This ledge enables a plate (not included) to be positioned at the top of the cart, creating a flat surface similar to a lid configuration.

The same ledge also allows a plate to be installed at the bottom of the frame. This makes it possible to store additional equipment, cable accessories or smaller items beneath the hanging cables. The 80 cm length profiles are not equipped with this ledge feature. The integrated design adds functionality without affecting the primary hanging structure. This increases the versatility of the Cable cart without complicating the configuration process. The result is a transport solution that combines hanging capacity with optional additional storage possibilities.

Optimised cable handling

Cable forks provide structured and accessible hanging points inside the cart. Each fork has a length of 55 cm and allows cables to hang on both sides.

The open fork design allows cables to bend naturally over the support surface. This reduces sharp angles and prevents excessive strain on the cable jacket.

By separating cables across multiple forks, tangling is reduced and identification becomes easier. This improves efficiency during loading, unloading and on-site deployment.

Each fork supports a maximum load of 50 kg in total, with 25 kg per side.
