Our modular system allows you to build a transport cart in three different heights: 110 cm, 183 cm or  203 cm. Sturdy crates in six different sizes can be mixed and matched to design the interior of the cart, allowing you the flexibility of storing your tools, supplies and other essentials however you want.
Equipped with heavy duty castors and a solid frame, this cart is suitable for both storing an transporting your supplies.
BUILD A STORAGE CART STEP BY STEP
STEP 1Â CHOOSE a height
To build the frame of your Storage cart, our slim-line panels are combined with length profiles.The slim-line panels come in three heights: 110 cm, 183 cm and 203 cm. The built-in orange handles on the panels make it easy to move and steer your Storage cart.
There are three frame sets available, including a lid to prevent dust and dirt falling in the top crate of your Storage cart.Â
Step 2Â Choose the castors
- 100 mm castors make the cart easy to move, while keeping its height low enough to pass under smaller doorways and tight spaces
- 125 mm castors are perfect for moving the cart over uneven surfaces
Step 3Â Choose storage crate sets
To complete your storage cart we have a wide selection of sturdy storage crates available. With a fixed size of 60 cm (length) x 40 cm (width) and different height sizes, you can be as flexible as you want when customizing your Storage cart.Â
Every crate comes with drawer profiles which can be mounted to the slim-line panel with two M6 bolts.To determine how many crates can fit in your Storage cart frame, refer to our Unit chart. Â 1 Unit will take up 5 cm in your Storage cart. A cart with a height of 110 cm can hold 17 units, a cart with a height of 183 cm can hold 31 units and a cart with a height of 203 cm can hold 35 units.
Below you can see our selection of crates, each with an indication of how many units they will take up in the Storage cart's frame. If you want to stack more in one crate, remember to add 1 extra unit per crate. Keep adding crates until you reach the maximum number of units that fit your frame.

The slim-line panels are available in 110 cm, 183 cm and 203 cm heights, allowing you to choose the right size for your storage cart.
Integrated orange handles make the cart easy to move and control during transport and on site.
Choose from three complete frame sets, designed for professional storage and transport use.
Each frame set includes a protective lid that keeps dust and dirt away from the top storage crate, helping to protect your equipment.
Step 2Â Choose the castors
These non-marking wheels are safe for soft floors in venues, studios and halls.
Choose 100 mm swivel castors to keep the cart low and move easily through small doorways.
Choose 125 mm swivel castors for better rolling on uneven or rough surfaces.
Both sizes offer a high load capacity for fully loaded storage carts.
Castors are available in sets of four, with the option of brakes for safe positioning.
Step 3Â Choose storage crate sets
Finish your modular storage cart with our selection of durable storage crates.
Each crate has a standard footprint of 60 × 40 cm and is available in multiple heights.
This allows you to organise tools, parts and supplies in a clear and flexible way.
All crates include drawer profiles and are fixed to the slim-line panels with two M6 bolts.
To plan your setup, use the unit system.
The cart holds 17 units at 110 cm, 31 units at 183 cm, and 35 units at 203 cm.
Each crate takes up a defined number of units; add one extra unit if extra space above the crate is needed.
