The Admiral Storage carts are part of our modular transport concept and are developed for organised storage and safe transport in professional environments. The carts combine a rigid steel frame with a configurable internal layout, allowing a structured and predictable storage configuration.

All Storage carts have a fixed height of 112 cm, providing a consistent working level and stable construction.

The range is available in three configurations: 

• Storage cart 1 unit
• Storage cart 2 unit
• Storage cart 3 unit

Each configuration defines the width of the cart and the available internal capacity.

Every Storage cart is supplied with a top lid as standard. The lid protects the upper crate against dust and dirt during storage and transport. It also creates a flat and stable top surface, allowing additional equipment to be stacked safely.

For mobility, the Storage carts can be equipped with four heavy duty swivel castor sets, available with 100 mm or 125 mm diameter wheels. This allows the wheel diameter to be selected according to load requirements and floor conditions.

The internal layout of the cart can be configured according to your storage needs. Crates of different heights can be positioned within the frame to create a structured and efficient arrangement.

If requirements change over time, the configuration can easily be adjusted. Crates can be repositioned or replaced with different heights without modifying the frame construction.

This flexibility ensures that the Storage cart can adapt to new equipment, changing storage demands or updated transport requirements, while maintaining structural stability and compatibility within the modular transport concept. 

Sturdy, secure crates

The Storage carts are designed to provide stable and controlled crate storage during transport and handling. Each crate has a standard footprint of 60 x 40 cm and is available in multiple heights, allowing flexible internal configurations while maintaining a consistent base dimension.

The crates are supported by the drawer profile MK2, manufactured from steel and mounted on both sides of the crate for proper guidance and load distribution. Each profile set is supplied with all required bolts and nuts to ensure secure fixation within the cart frame.

The drawer profiles are engineered to prevent unintended movement during transport. Once positioned in the profiles, the crate cannot slide out unintentionally. To remove a crate, it must first be slightly lifted within the profile before it can be pulled out. This mechanical guidance increases transport safety without compromising accessibility.

Each crate has a maximum load capacity of 20 kg, ensuring reliable performance under professional working conditions.

Optimized internal layout

The 112 cm Storage cart has an improved hole spacing in the side panels. This results in a more practical internal layout of the crates. The available height inside the cart is used more efficiently, with slightly more clearance at the top. This makes the overall crate arrangement cleaner and easier to manage. The updated layout improves usability while maintaining full compatibility with the modular Storage cart concept.

Slot measurement

The internal layout is based on a modular slot structure, so the position of the crates can be freely configured within the frame. Each crate occupies a defined number of slots, making it possible to calculate and plan the exact internal configuration.

If storage requirements change over time, the crate layout can easily be adjusted. Crates of different heights can be combined within one cart, and mounting positions can be repositioned without modifying the frame construction.

This ensures that the Storage cart can adapt to new equipment, changing workflows or different transport requirements, while maintaining structural stability and compatibility within the modular transport system.

Functional and durable lid

Every Storage cart is supplied with a top lid as standard. The lid protects the upper crate against dust and dirt during storage and transport, helping to keep equipment clean and organised.

The lid is manufactured from durable physiochemical board and designed for long-term professional use. The screws are fully countersunk into the surface, creating a completely flat top without protruding elements. This flat surface allows additional equipment to be stacked safely on top of the cart. It also enables the lid to be used as a temporary work surface when required.

For the Storage cart 3 unit configuration, the lid consists of two panels that are securely connected to form one stable top surface. The required fastening materials are included.

The integrated lid increases protection, improves stackability and enhances the overall functionality of the Storage cart during transport and on-site use.

Easy to manoeuvre

The Storage carts are designed for controlled and stable movement in professional environments. For transport, the carts can be equipped with four heavy duty swivel castor sets, available with 100 mm or 125 mm diameter wheels. This allows the wheel diameter to be selected according to load requirements and floor conditions.

The swivel castors provide smooth manoeuvrability while maintaining stability under load. This ensures reliable transport across different surfaces, including workshop floors, warehouses and event locations.

In addition to the castors, the slim-line side panels are equipped with integrated orange handles. These handles are designed to provide improved grip and control when positioning or manoeuvring the cart.

They assist when guiding the cart through narrow spaces or when moving over thresholds and uneven surfaces. The combination of heavy duty castors and integrated handles ensures controlled handling during both transport and on-site positioning.
